If you as a potential recruit wish to become an officer, the time from deciding to join to being commissioned and entering the Military will vary. If you are a current or previous commissioned officers, you can join the HELP-Democracy in Haiti mission to with a four-year college degree or greater. If you also received officer training following tours of enlisted service, you can be qualified to join too.
