Because it will take time to train locals
Current well trained troops is the solution
Haiti is a country built by soldiers, for soldiers to protect the independence and all the Haitian values. However, Haiti Military Forces have been destroyed at least twice by foreign forces. Therefore, Haiti is lacking special forces to protect its borders, coasts, air, lands, and territories. Training new soldiers will take too long to resolve the current crisis the country is facing. Sending foreign troop to Haiti is not a viable plan because it has been proven that it is not a long-term solution. Indeed, Haitians abroad have been playing soccer, basketball, tennis, etc. for Haiti. They have been representing Haiti in a lot of competitions despite the fact that most of these athletes and representatives have never been to Haiti. There is come this question, “Why not having Haitian soldiers from foreign armed forces being deployed in Haiti instead of foreigner?” It is a Haitian crisis that can be solved by Haitians with proper partnerships. When it comes to Military skills, Haitians have been proving themselves all over the world. Haitians security specialists know where to start and how to stop this war which may seem daunting. Haitian people back home are worried. Let’s get together to tell them, “Don’t worry! We’re here to help!”
