The Haitian Military will offer multiple programs for helping service members receiving a college education in the military villages. They can be used both during and after service. Active members can have scholarship and financial for their family members and kids living with them in Haiti or abroad. The ones in Haiti will receive grants from the Haitian government while the ones abroad can get grants and help from Haitian allies, foundations, and private institutions.
Service members will receive free medical and dental care, and family members will be covered as well. Haitian government will offer life insurance, retirement plans, and VA benefits the same way it is done in any NATO standardized armed forces. Retirement plans are transferable to designated family members of fallen soldiers. Scholarships and health insurance will be automatic for the immediate family members of fallen soldiers (kids and wife).
Service members will be able to shop for groceries and personal goods at on-base exchanges. Orders made through the special Android/iOS applications for service members will automatically lead to tax deductions and special barcodes will offer deep discounts on the products and services…
Service members will receive 30 days of paid vacation each year, and the Haitian Military will offer free travel on military aircraft for off-duty excursions… Discount will be offered on civilian aircraft as well.
