  2. Information session: The first step is to attend an information session, which provides an overview of the requirements and benefits of serving in the HELP-Democracy. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the enlistment process.
  3. Pre-screening: The pre-screening process involves a series of tests to determine your physical and mental fitness for military service. These tests include medical exams, physical fitness tests, and psychological evaluations.
