The proliferation of armed forces in the past decades has crippled Haiti’s life in all aspects including economic, social, and political stability. Haitians are living in fear because of an untold civilian war that has been going on for over 20 years. Lives are lost daily. The youth have no hope as schools and basic activities are impaired due to the fact that Haiti is a war zone since 2001. Foreign soldiers and agents have invaded our motherland. Young people from poor areas are receiving military training to combat the Haitian National Police which is already too infiltrate to survive. Therefore, Haitians living abroad are concerned about this untold war in their homeland which is described as a catastrophe and humanitarian crisis. It is more than just a pride to be a proud Haitian Veteran who served in foreign armies. As a Haitian Soldier by blood, you’ve been called to respond to this disaster that strikes home. Your Military Experience Can Help OUR PEOPLE BACK HOME
By choosing to join this coalition of Haitian Veterans via the Haitian Expatriates'Legions for Peace and Democracy (Help-Democracy) to serve our country, you can be also part of the future Haitian Military Academy to train our people to defend our country and protect our lands and borders. Under our proposal, Haiti will be recruiting soon a lot of Haitians living abroad who will decide to join the Haitian's Military. Haiti will begin with the training phase of service. During this time, our fellow Haitian citizens will acquire from you the skills they need to be fully prepared for the beginning of their careers. You will help with the training of enlisted and future officers because you already have advanced training and more experience.
Our Today's Military vision for Haiti offers to you a military career to help restore Haiti's dignity in the face of the world, from the joining process to training, working and taking care of our homeland by defending the Haitian Constitution. If you are so strong as a soldier, that means you are a real Haitian.

Previous foreign interventions have lead Haiti to the wrong direction. That is why Haitians refused a poisoned help from foreign powers. However, you as Haitian are welcome to be part of the HELP-Democracy (Haitian Expatriates'Legions for Peace & Democracy) in Haiti. HELP-Democracy is designed to be a part of the the Haitian Military Forces and the National Guard of Haiti. You will be served some fritay though because you will never be seen by Haitians as a traitor to your own country. Haitians have decided to take it upon their own initiatives to propose a plan considering that Haiti is currently an invaded country with no apparent political leadership, and operating under anarchy. With an untold civilian war going on in Haiti now since 2001, Haiti is calling you as proud sons of His Majesty Jean Jacques Dessalines to help our motherland as a soldier.

Find flexibility in the way you can serve
We aim to make you can join the full-time future Navy, Army or Air Force of Haiti by expecting to work on a full-time basis. With approval from your respective Service (Navy, Army or Air Force) and subject to service capability requirements, you may be able to join HELP-Democracy to serve in Haiti. Applications will only be considered after completion of recruit and Initial Military Training Assessments, which will be several months after appointment.
